Weekly mowing will be billed monthly and is payable within 15 days of receipt of
invoice.
All other services will
be billed on a per service billing and is payable within 15 days of receipt of invoice.
Any large jobs to include landscaping, sprinkler installs, major lawn
renovations, etc. may require a deposit equal to 50% of estimated job cost.
